What’s new in Text Motion, Object Motion and Draw Motion: fixes, improvements and installers for the latest versions.
DRAW MOTION / V1.2.2 ·
Draw Motion 404 — Duration that fits your project.
Fixed the “Unsupported duration limit” error that prevented drawings from reaching the timeline regardless of the selected duration.
01Duration fix
PRO applies your selected layer duration again, including values above 30 seconds. The fix covers parameter handling in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Entrance and exit remain independently adjustable. After Effects keeps the layer within the composition end; technical export limits still apply.
02Included from earlier updates
A large responsive canvas, tools below the drawing, Glow, Pulse Glow, Ghost, Colour Cycle, Chroma Shift and Liquid Ripple. Choose Russian or English UI in Settings.
New-version notifications: checks on opening and every 6 hours, plus manual check and opt-out in Settings. Downloads require a click; nothing installs automatically.
The update keeps your PRO key and settings. FREE remains limited to 3 seconds with a baked-in watermark; PRO is watermark-free and includes the drawing library. Close Premiere Pro and After Effects before installing.
Draw Motion 404 for Premiere Pro and After Effects: a responsive canvas, UI language in Settings and new-version notifications.
Interface and updates
A large canvas and compact tools. Layer duration is separate from entrance and exit; its application error is fixed in 1.2.2.
Update checks on opening and every 6 hours. Manual check and opt-out are in Settings; download by button, with no automatic installation.
FREE: all tools and effects, up to 3 seconds with a baked-in watermark. PRO for 790 RUB: watermark-free with a library. New Motion Pack purchases include Text + Object + Draw; earlier bundles remain Text + Object.
Object Motion 404 · latest version
OM 1.1.3
Precise keys. Only the parameters you choose.
Select Position and Scale independently. Existing Keys handles video clips with linked audio correctly. Full RU/EN localization.
POSPosition only
SCALEScale only
RU/ENLanguage in Settings
01Keyframes and selection
Position, Scale, Both and Auto modes. Only chosen parameters are changed; linked audio is not counted as a second video object.
Choose Russian or English in Settings. Existing presets and your PRO key are preserved.
Download Object Motion 404
Close Premiere Pro, run the installer and open the panel through Window → Extensions. One package contains Free and PRO.
OM 1.1.0Halloween Edition. Curves for existing keys.
Set start and end in Effect Controls, then apply a curve from the panel. Existing Keys is now the default workspace, with curve presets next to the graph.
Scale, Position and interval selection
Automatic Motion, Vector Motion and Transform discovery, plus Scale, Position or both properties. Manual selection remains available for ambiguous cases.
Choose an interval with the playhead or in the panel. Original endpoint values are preserved while intermediate keys follow the selected curve.
Improved API result handling, pair discovery and combined-property application. Original-key change checks and undo are retained.
Interface and motion character
A simpler workspace with the curve library below the graph. Added Halloween styling and softer motion launches.
OM 1.0.7Transform lookup in Russian and English.
Refined effect lookup in the localized Premiere catalog. Empty or unrelated results are no longer accepted as Transform.
Transform and localization
When available, the catalog provides the localized effect name, followed by Russian and English fallback names.
Available name, displayName and matchName values are checked; inaccessible properties are handled safely.
Preserves single insertion, parameter readiness checks, duplicate-key protection, Position, Scale and undo.
OM 1.0.6Transform. Prepare before applying.
Adds waiting for accessible Transform parameters and protection against repeated effect insertion when Premiere responds slowly.
Applying and reliability
Before writing keyframes, the plugin checks Transform readiness using separate calls with pauses, without a blocking wait loop in Premiere.
During preparation, repeated clicks do not reinsert the effect or duplicate keyframe writes. Settings and the original playhead position are retained.
Changing the selection, sequence or clip timing cancels preparation without creating keyframes.
Compatibility and messages
QE clip matching uses track, name and start time; ordinal fallback is removed. Transform recognition and QE time-format support are expanded.
If Premiere does not confirm the effect, a message suggests checking Transform and adding it manually if absent. It no longer reports a successful insertion without confirmation.
Retains the 1.0.5 Position fixes, motion presets, the 3×3 grid, Motion Blur controls and undo.
OM 1.0.5Precise Position. Clearer motion.
Position keyframe creation is fixed, timing is refined, and off-screen motion presets gain an easy destination picker.
Position and timing
The File or folder does not exist error when applying Position is fixed: geometry code is embedded in the host script and no longer depends on its launch path.
Keyframes start at a captured playhead position, accounting for clip trimming and the frame grid. Errors and unsupported retiming are reported before applying.
Position works over animated Transform Scale and Scale Width with a centered anchor, preserving existing scale keys. Unsupported geometry prompts a Nest workflow.
Motion presets and usability
Entrances from the bottom, top, left and right use sequence bounds and object size, including vertical sequences and 2560×1440.
Pick a destination with the 3×3 grid or exact coordinates. Start point and End point labels clarify the direction of motion.
Grid and Apply button responsiveness is fixed, with simple and advanced modes and a quick guide for Scale and Position.
Background Premiere polling and redundant UI updates are reduced. The 12 curves, user presets and Motion Blur 360 controls remain available.
OM 1.0.1Updates built into the plugin.
Object Motion 404 now announces new versions automatically, while long selected-object details stay neatly inside the panel.
Update system
The plugin checks its dedicated update channel at startup and every six hours afterwards.
When a new version is released, the panel shows a notification with release notes and a download button.
The gear section now includes manual checking, installed-version status and a download action.
Interface
Long clip names and technical metadata no longer spill outside the panel.
The full text remains available in a tooltip on hover.
OM 1.0.0Motion curves without manual busywork.
The first public Object Motion 404 release: polished Scale and Position animation for any Premiere Pro object, starting right at the playhead.
Object motion
The plugin automatically applies the Transform video effect and creates Scale, Position or combined keyframes.
Animation starts exactly at the current blue playhead position. Duration, key density and handling of existing keyframes are controlled in the panel.
Supports video, photos, graphics, adjustment layers and nested sequences in Premiere Pro 2020–2026.
Curves and presets
The library includes 12 ready-made curves: Linear, Smooth, Ease Out, Ease In, Snappy, Punch, Spring, Bounce, Overshoot, Soft Land, Anticipate and Elastic.
PRO lets you edit curve points, save custom presets, rename them and delete presets you no longer need.
Key interpolation and distribution are tuned so fast motion remains smooth and predictable.
Motion Blur, Free and PRO
Motion Blur defaults to 360 and can be adjusted precisely or disabled completely.
The Free edition includes Smooth and Ease Out, motion preview and Scale or Position application from the playhead.
One installer contains Free and PRO. A dedicated OM404 key unlocks all 12 curves, the editor, quick recipes and custom presets without reinstalling.

Download the latest version
Close Premiere Pro and After Effects, then run the new installer. Free and PRO use the same package.
A compact interface, faster caption and character preparation, Russian speech to English captions.
Interface
Standard and compact layouts, automatic panel-size selection and a horizontal mode.
Template editors live in Templates, Quick Start can be hidden, and primary actions use one row.
Captions and characters
Batch preparation, identical-frame caching and fast transparent MOV with lossless PNG when FFmpeg is available. FPS and alpha are preserved.
Local Whisper translates recognized Russian speech into English captions. Review the translation before creating; imported SRT/VTT is not translated.
1.7.1Halloween Edition. Templates with character.
An animated template library, four layered Glitch styles and a Halloween interface. Includes Hand, Scribble and per-character timing improvements.
Glitch and the template library
Signal Tear, RGB Split, Digital Drop and Ghost Scan: distinct entrances and exits, tears, chromatic echoes, digital blocks and scanning.
Adjust Glitch in Style: amount, redraw rate and Seed. Effects retain the chosen font and transparency; text stays clean between bursts.
13 templates across Minimal, Hand and Glitch. Animated cards preview entrance, hold and exit inside the panel.
Drawing, motion and Halloween
Refined Scribble reveal and Smoke Ink: stroke-based reveals and erasure, external strokes and consistent letter shapes. Improved Tall Mix and Minimal templates.
Refined per-character timing in Effect Controls and standard motion easing. Use Update Selected to regenerate an existing layer.
A Halloween theme in both panels: orange accents, decorative masks and atmospheric details, with the core tools still accessible.
1.6.3Accessible settings and activation.
Fixed the settings area disappearing in short Premiere panels. Licensing now appears at the top of Settings.
Interface and licensing
The tab area retains a minimum height and remains scrollable. Short panels use a more compact preview.
Settings hide the preview and creation buttons to free up space. Returning to editing restores the preview.
I already have a key moves to an accessible input field. Licensing is now at the top of Settings.
1.6.2Speech engine checks and subtitle import.
Fixed speech runtime loading in CEP and missing opening phrases when importing Premiere transcripts.
Subtitles
Fixed a runtime loading error that left the engine check at 1%. Preparation errors are explicit; Adobe inspection has a 10-second timeout.
JSON import combines words from consecutive segments instead of selecting only the longest block.
SRT, VTT and timed transcripts default to file timestamps. Initial silence is preserved; playhead placement can be selected after import.
1.6.1Startup and diagnostics fixes.
Removed a fragile dependency on the host script path during startup. Adobe connection diagnostics no longer wait indefinitely.
Plugin startup
The graphic-title styling module is embedded in the Premiere host script. Loading it no longer requires File($.fileName).parent.parent.
The macOS installer checks both host scripts and the styling module. Its completion message now displays the correct version.
Clearer diagnostics
If Adobe does not respond within 10 seconds, an error replaces Checking and can be saved for support.
Manual diagnostics can be retried after an error; late responses are ignored. Text and key creation are never automatically retried.
1.6.0Live Text. Motion throughout the clip.
Experimental continuous text motion in PRO, custom subtitle presets and everyday workflow improvements.
Live Text · Experimental / PRO
Shake, zoom in, zoom out, float, pulse and sway run throughout the clip alongside intro and outro animations.
Shake offers X/Y amounts, frequency, rotation, smoothness, soft start and stop, and a Seed for repeatable results.
Continuous motion settings are saved in user presets. Older presets and batch subtitle creation do not enable it unexpectedly.
Preview, subtitles and interface
Looping preview is on by default and can be disabled in settings. A frame-rate cap and suspended background rendering reduce unnecessary work.
The subtitle section gains custom presets, with a quick guide and separate simple and advanced settings.
Font and supported settings apply more reliably to Premiere graphic captions with an accessible text property. Unsupported formats receive a clear warning.
Subtitle engine detection on macOS, Homebrew support and error messages have been improved, with a CPU execution path available.
Host startup fix
An ExtendScript syntax incompatibility that prevented detection of an open sequence is fixed. Builds now check both host scripts for ES3 compatibility.
Premiere bridge failures show the actual error instead of incorrectly asking you to open a sequence.
1.5.1Smoother motion. Working Motion Blur.
Motion Blur now works in per-character animation, while regular and character motion is smoother and more stable.
Per-character Motion Blur
Motion blur is baked directly into per-character PNG frames and now follows the movement of individual glyphs.
Sampling controls temporal smoothing quality: Normal uses two motion trails and High uses four.
Stationary glyphs no longer gain unwanted brightness, and text remains crisp after motion ends.
Animation quality
Elastic in Premiere Pro and After Effects now matches the softer preview, with one controlled overshoot and a smooth settle instead of harsh repeated oscillation.
Regular animations are sampled against the sequence or composition frame grid, producing more even speed changes between frames.
Aggressive overshoot has been reduced for per-character Pop, Slam, Fold In and Zoom Wave animations.
1.5.0Subtitles. Rebuilt around your workflow.
Create captions fast, style individual words and update entire groups of phrases on the timeline. No mandatory templates or extra paid AI subscriptions.
Caption creation and timing
Transcribe selected speech in Premiere Pro or import an existing transcript. Set the number of words per phrase to suit your edit.
Two reveal modes: the full phrase at once, or word by word in sync with speech. Sequential reveals retain animation without shifting neighbouring words.
Choose animation directly in the subtitles section. Ready-made looks are optional: motion and styling can be adjusted separately.
Six ready-made looks
Cinematic · Red Signal · Golden Aura · Editorial · Modern Box · Neon Ice.
Each look is a starting point: change the font, colour, animation and effects. Collection previews now represent regular captions without Hero words.
The default font size is 76 px. Every ready-made look starts with a 14 px Glow radius.
Full styling controls and an eyedropper
Font, weight, size, colour, opacity, case, alignment, tracking and line spacing are available in the subtitles section.
Use outer and inner strokes, a gradient with colour and angle controls, shadow, Glow and a background plate. The outer stroke sits outside the glyphs; the inner stroke stays inside.
The full gradient repeats on each line instead of stretching across the entire multiline phrase.
The colour picker includes a screen eyedropper to sample colours, including from the Premiere Pro window.
Precise X and Y positioning with sliders and numeric inputs.
Phrase and individual word editing
Change individual words’ text, font, size, colour and Glow independently of the phrase. Search the list of installed Windows fonts.
Selecting a caption loads its own text and settings, including word-by-word reveal mode, without scrolling the panel back to the top.
Phrase splits are retained when updating: turn a single phrase into multiple separate captions.
Batch updates that preserve your edit
Select multiple captions and change their animation, look, font, size, colour, position and other settings together.
Fixed repeat updates and unwanted clips created over existing ones. Updates target the selected captions, not an unrelated phrase.
Updates to regular text and captions preserve clip duration, timeline position, track and third-party effects. Unchanged Motion and Opacity settings are not overwritten.
Preview and stability
Fixed dim text in ready-made looks and text disappearing when Glow was disabled. Improved style display and responsiveness in the subtitles section.
Softened spring animation. Fixed issues with word reveals, timing and switching between phrase display modes.
Includes the 1.4.4 fixes: a fallback HTTPS connection to the licensing service and additional macOS installer checks.
1.4.4Connectivity and macOS startup
A stable 1.4.3 hotfix for license activation and plugin installation.
Fixes
Added a fallback HTTPS request to the licensing service when the embedded CEP browser cannot connect.
Clearer connection diagnostics help identify licensing service access issues for CEPHtmlEngine.
The macOS installer checks file integrity before and after installation, normalises permissions and handles quarantine only within the extension folder.
1.4.3More precise Elastic and Bounce
Improved spring animation playback and motion blur.
Animation
Elastic and Bounce keyframes follow the sequence frame rate. Preview, Premiere Pro and After Effects use matching motion reference points.
Blur fades independently of the spring instead of increasing on every bounce. Improved combined blur and oscillation playback.
Custom speed curve settings are retained.
1.4.1Easier editing of selected text
A more compact interface and safer handling of animation and saved settings.
Editing and saving
Selected Text Motion layer settings load automatically. Unsaved panel changes are protected from being overwritten when selection changes.
Animation modes let you preserve, add or replace keyframes for selected properties. Position, Scale, Rotation, Opacity and effects can be enabled independently.
Regular video clips are no longer mistaken for text. Added rollback to the previous source in the current Adobe session and backup settings storage.
1.3.0New animations, Glass and colour picker
More motion options and easier styling.
Added and improved
Update checks on startup and every six hours, with release notes, a download link and an option to dismiss the reminder.
A custom colour picker with editable, validated HEX values. Incomplete codes are preserved while typing.
Reworked Glass with tinted layers, soft edges and a highlight calculated consistently in preview and render.
Text animations: Punch In, Orbit In, Snap Drop, Drift Reveal. Letter animations: Split Sides, Fold In, Zoom Wave, Letter Rain.
